Sure, but, a blog with 5000-8000 uniques a day should have a lot more then 500 subscribers, so then he probably havent done so much marketing on the feed.

Thats crap in my opinion. One of my friends blog has just 500 subscribers but got 5000-8000 uniques a day and $50 per day in adsense. And it was sold for $14000. No. of subscribers was nothing for value there.

I think that this site is reasonably worth more like 2.5-3k. My blog, http://monkeyblogger.com is not worth too much yet.
