I am using Project Wonderful to advertise this blog (will post about it soon) but I wanted to see if its possible to make money with it as well. Therefor I have made 2 ad spots with them. They are locateded in the sidebar, below the latest comments (And the Entrecard widget). For you this mean that you could advertise on VikingBlogger.com for only 50 cents a day. This should be affordable for everybody, and are our cheapest advertising option.
Project Wonderful works like an auction. You bid on the spots you like, and if you are the highest bidder, your ad is shown.
Place your bid now, before the price goes up!
I have also added a 250×250 spot which are placed on all posts. This is our premium ad spot, and sells for $100 per month. Read more here.

Hi Kirby! Thanks, the blog is starting to take shape. Not really sure how much I have spent on advertising so far, but i guess its a couple houndred. Will do a post about it in the end of this month though. The plan is to get a “flying start”, and hopefully you guys stick with me:)

It’s easier to make money if you remove the minimum bid. Not many people are going to be willing to pay $0.50 to advertise.

mc2w: The thing is that I’m not after a quick small buck. I’m not going to flood the site with ads which costs 10 cents per day. Thats is $3 a month, and then it’s better to have a ad free site. Either you pay the price, or you don’t advertise!

I am quite curious to see your stats at the end of February. I found your blog through the what seems like hundreds of ads you have placed on various blogs. Your blog inspired me to get started with project wonderful. I haven’t been approved yet but I look forward to seeing some great results.
Your doing a great job on your blog, keep it up. I started my blog about 3 weeks before you, and you are “beating the tar” out of my blog…congrats!
